A MODERN HOME WITH A ROOFED PATIO

The client was interested in a contemporary home, preferably in white, with a roofed patio and a swimming pool. In addition to the requirements of the client, the final appearance of the house was defined by strict local regulations (e.g. prescribed fence height, roof shape and materials used).

While vague and contradictory local legislation resulted in our proposals being rejected by the planning committee to begin with, we participated in a council meeting and were able to defend our project successfully.
